I wanted to send this earlier when I learnt the news (not long ago, also late last week - but I was shocked! and very sad too.) I also had a call with Swapnil today and he said you have talked so many nice things about me! I really appreciate it.
You are very kind, patient, hard working and strong person. In fact I think why I like pretax team so much was because every one of you are all the same, funny, nice, and strong! I’m the least experienced PM at Forma so I often worry about my capability, but you guys have helped me become me a better PM.
I enjoy the time working with you so so much. It’s a bummer that we can’t accomplish the remaining pretax work anymore together, but in the past year I had a lot of fun working with you. Ups and downs but we went through them for all of your hard work.
It’s still unbelievable that we got pretax out in just one year, fix so many bugs, did the migration, redo the card issuing, balance due and so much more. It’s so challenging, but I was able to hang in there cuz I have such a supportive and wonderful team.
Anyway you know I’m always such an emotional person. I just want you to know how grateful I am to be part of this pretax team, getting the chance to work with you. I hope our paths cross again in the future, be okay and do better in our new roles. Thank you so much for taking my “requirements” and deliver such a great work. Wish you all the best!

Hi Team, My contract with Forma ends on Feb 29, 2024. I just wanted to say that I have cherished working with each one of you so much, and this is the team which gave me a sense of self-identity and helped me set my priorities. It helped me understand what type of work, processes, communications and people works best for my personality style.
This is the first team that I consciously chose and decided that I wanted to be a part of. Before that, I used to let things happen to me in professional life, and did not know what worked or didn’t work best for me.
I have very high standards now, when it comes to the people I work with (not sure how am I gonna adjust in Emumba now, but I am pretty sure that whatever I learned here, I will apply in my new project)

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that @Nida Munir @adeel @hamza iqbal khosa will be departing from Forma and they are being reassigned to other projects. Many of you have had the opportunity to collaborate closely with them, and it is important to recognize the significant impact they have had on our success.
Their dedication and commitment to self-discipline and self-management have been instrumental in the development and implementation of numerous features that have greatly benefited both Pretax and Posttax areas within Forma. Their contributions have played a pivotal role in our achievements, and it is important that we take a moment to express our gratitude for their hard work and dedication.
Let us take this opportunity to wish them the very best in their future endeavors, and to express our appreciation for the valuable contributions they have made to our team and to Forma as a whole. Their last day in Forma will be 29th Feb.
